HM The Sultan Issues 2 New Royal Decrees

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued two Royal Decrees on Monday [March 1], reading as follows:
Royal Decree No. (8/2022) transfers an employee to the Foreign Ministry.
Article (1) states that Maithaa Saif Majid Al Mahrouqi shall be transferred to the Foreign Ministry, along with her existing financial grade.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
Royal Decree No. (9/2022) on the placement of officials to some posts.
Article (1) appoints the following officials named below as follows:
– Azzan Qasim Mohammed Al Busaidi as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism for Tourism.
– Eng. Badr Salim Marhoon Al Maamari as the Secretary-General of the Tender Board, with a Special Grade.
– Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed Al Humaidi as Chairman of Muscat Municipality, with a Special Grade.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
