As part of the celebrations of Oman’s 47th National Day, Renaissance Services announced the opening of its highly-anticipated turnkey project – Renaissance Village Duqm, a 16,960-bed facility that will accommodate the workforces of contracting firms in the Duqm Special Economic Zone. The facility was inaugurated under the patronage of HH Sayyid Fatik bin Taimur Al Said in the presence of HH Sayyid Tarik bin Shabib bin Taimur Al Said.
Renaissance Village Duqm offers world-class accommodation for all level of employees, white and blue collar, in the special economic zone at Duqm (SEZAD). The facility leverages Renaissance Services’ strong background in looking after contractor workforces, delivering high standards at lower cost through economies-of-scale. Built around the motto, “looking after your people”, Renaissance Village Duqm serves as an ideal solution for small and large work-teams, that require accommodation for short or long-term project durations.
