Al Tayer Motors, one of the UAE’s premier automobile dealerships, has won Ford’s prestigious ‘The Chairman’s Award’ for 2019 from among dealerships in over 50 markets worldwide. The company also won The President’s Awards for Service and Sales for 2019.
The Chairman’s Award trophy was presented by Randy Krieger, President, Ford Direct Markets to Ashok Khanna, Chief Executive Officer, Al Tayer Motors.
Speaking about the achievement, Randy Krieger said: “That Al Tayer Motors has won three awards this year is a tribute to the fundamental focus the company puts on customer satisfaction. From the executive management attention, to the peerless facilities, to the detailed customer satisfaction processes and metrics, even down to the comprehensive training and new-employee induction process, Al Tayer Motors lives its commitment to customer satisfaction throughout every facet of the organization.”
The awards are given based on parameters that include the top annual results achieved in sales and service customer satisfaction indexes, as well as vehicle and parts sales achievements, which record scores given to the dealership by Ford customers throughout the year.
“The dedicated hard work and efforts of our Ford sales and after-sales teams over the past year ensures that our customers enjoy the highest levels of service across every touchpoint. As a dealership we continue to invest in training programs for our staff members, enhancing our services and facilities to better serve our customers, and providing them with one of the UAE’s best vehicle ownership experiences. These awards are a recognition of all our efforts,” said Ashok Khanna, Chief Executive Officer, Al Tayer Motors.
Al Tayer Motors is also the official importer-dealer for Lincoln and Ford Trucks vehicles in the UAE and has won numerous awards for excellence in sales and service across all the brands it represents. The dealership has enhanced its digital presence to introduce an all-new app, Live Chat and has also enabled vehicles purchases through its website to facilitate a seamless no-contact interaction between customers and sales teams.
