Muscat: If you are looking for an entertaining weekend, block your calendar because Shamshera is hitting theatres tomorrow! Ranbir Kapoor (a.k.a Humble Kapoor) makes a comeback in cinemas near you after 4 years!
The big budget Bollywood film took 4 years in the making and is a period action film.The film ‘SHAMSHERA’ is set in the heartland of India and will be a high-octane, larger-than-life entertainer with jaw-dropping action sequences and Ranbir Kapoor in a never seen before avatar. Sanjay Dutt will portray the role of the ruthless and merciless villain in the period action adventure ‘SHAMSHERA’. He will be pitted against Ranbir Kapoor in the mega action spectacle. Vaani Kapoor is set to sizzle like never before in this film. She will play the character of the most desirable and sought-after travelling performer from heartland India. The film directed by Karan Malhotra is set to release on 22 July 2022.
The film under the YRF banner is said to be one of the most expensive films made so far and is one of the most anticipated films of the year. Ranbir was last seen in Sanjay Dutt’s biopic, Sanju. It looks like 2022 is Ranbir’s year with Shamshera, and later Brahmastra – Part One: Shiva in spetember with his new bride Alia Bhatt.
