Giving ‘safe and sound’ a whole new meaning, McGettigan’s is excited to take over Souk Madinat’s Amphitheatre once again, presenting a new era of ‘all singing, no dancing’ concerts where revelers can delight in live music, perfect weather and delish food all with reassurance that government guidelines are being adhered and fulfilled.

Guests will have the option of purchasing tickets either for VIP tables or the amphitheatre steps, all seated and including food and beverage. Those who are lucky enough to get their hands on coveted tickets will be able to enjoy the acoustic melodies of Picture This with more exciting artists to be announced! Accompanying the popular Irish act with be a slew of local acts to give you the ultimate concert experience you didn’t think would be possible in 2020.

Kicking off at the beginning of November, doors for the socially distance gig will open at 5pm, with talented local musicians entertaining guests from 7pm before Picture This headline at the venue on 5^th and 6^th, wowing the crowds with huge hits like Never Change and Take My Hand.

Tickets start from AED 395 for socially distant comfortable seating on the amphitheatre steps and includes a delicious handheld menu item and five selected drinks. VIP seats are priced at AED 695 per ticket for a table of eight or pay for the entire table for AED 5,000 which includes a three-course meal and unlimited drinks for three and a half hours.

Guests can feel confident in safety and social distance measures with each group sitting two metres apart at all times with protective screens to ensure they are kept at a safe distance without spoiling the fun. Hand sanitisation stations will be easily accessible at all times at the fully seated event and concert goers will be able to enjoy service direct to their seats.
