Guilherme Rodrigues, AVP Customer Experience and Design Lead, FAB is a User Experience Designer with more than 12 years in the IT field. He started working with UX back in Brazil, at HP, when he was part of the R&D team for Walmart digital products.
In 2012, he moved to UAE and from there he has participated in important projects, such as the 2nd generation of SmartGates for Dubai airports as well as the Digital transformation for Etisalat, which let Etisalat be the most valuable brand in 2017.
Today, he leads the Customer Experience and Design for payit, the fully featured UAE digital wallet from FAB.
At the New Age Banking Summit, Dubai 2019, Rodrigues spoke to Mayank Singh of Business Live Middle East about the role of Fintechs as collaborators versus competitors.
