Dubai Tops List Of Arab Cities For Expat Living, Says Survey

If you are one of those people who have made Dubai your home then you know why 127,000 expatriates from across 186 cities voted to put the Emirate among the top 10 list of places to live and work in 2020.
Dubai is the only Arab city to have made it to the top 10 in a CEOWORLD magazine survey that reveals how expatriates rate life in cities around the world. The survey was open to all expatriates over 18, who are currently living away from their home countries.
The survey was carried out based criteria that included local friendliness, cost of living, quality of healthcare, safety, ability to raise a family, and career opportunities.
According to the survey, conducted by the magazine between Oct 10, 2019, and Jan 2, 2020, Singapore took the top spot and was followed by Taiwanese capital Taipei in the second spot with Montreal, and Lisbon in the third and fourth places. Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City, Spain’s Barcelona, Netherlands’ Hague, Switzerland’s Zug, and Germany’s Aachen also figured in the list.
