While the operating environment continues to evolve, we have remained focused on building the capabilities, connections and organizational strength required to create sustainable value over the long term. Our progress is therefore measured not only through financial performance, but also through the depth of our customer relationships, the development of national talent, the strengthening of the SME ecosystem and our ability to respond with relevance and agility to the changing needs of the market.
As we advance towards the final quarter of the year, our focus remains firmly on maintaining the quality of our growth, bolstering our competitiveness and continuing to deliver on our promise of being Your Partner in Excellence.”
Reflecting its commitment to being a trusted partner across every stage of its customers’ financial journeys, ahlibank continued to deepen the quality and breadth of its relationships across retail and corporate banking. Exclusive engagements with Al Nukhba clients and corporate customers provided valuable platforms for meaningful dialogue with customers and business leaders, enabling the bank to gain deeper insight into evolving priorities, anticipate emerging needs and further strengthen the long-standing relationships that underpin its customer franchise.
This relationship-led approach has been complemented by the continued evolution of the bank’s customer proposition, with a focus on practical value, relevance and service excellence. Partnerships and lifestyle benefits, including the airport facilitation service with TRANSOM and the Oman Air cashback campaign for credit cardholders, further reflected ahlibank’s commitment to delivering value that extends beyond traditional banking and remains aligned with customers’ everyday needs.

During the period, the Bank launched the ahli tamkeen SME Academy, a three-month capacity-building programme designed to equip business owners with the knowledge, capabilities and practical tools needed to strengthen their operations, navigate evolving market dynamics and pursue sustainable growth.

Reinforcing its commitment to creating lasting impact in the communities it serves, ahlibank continued to advance a purpose-driven approach to social responsibility through its ahlicares team, with initiatives centered on fostering inclusion, supporting education, promoting wellbeing and creating equitable opportunities for those in need.
Guided by the belief that responsible banking extends beyond financial services, the bank continues to work with trusted community partners to direct support where it can make the greatest difference, translating its social responsibility commitments into tangible and meaningful outcomes.
