Ahli Islamic Enhances Its Customers’ Experience Through ‘ahliconnect’

Muscat: Reflecting its commitment towards providing secured and advanced banking solutions to its customers in line with the dynamic environment, ahli islamic announced the continued servicing of its customers through a new, technologically advanced call center – ‘ahliconnect’. Through the new center, ahli Islamic aims at enriching customers’ experience, upgrading the provided services, and addressing the challenges facing them.

Through ‘ahliconnect’, ahli islamic customers can request a new, lost or damaged Debit Card, increase debit/credit card limit, and update their personal information such as email address, passport details, and residence address. They can also request re-issue of PIN Debit/Credit Card, chequebook and many other Shari’a-compliant banking services.

‘ahliconnect’ offers a range of services that facilitates customers with on-call access to their account with the Bank. For customers with more than one ahli islamic account, ‘ahliconnect’ enables them to request that all accounts at the bank be linked to one automated Debit Card, so they can conduct their banking transactions faster and easier.

ahli islamic seeks to contribute to the banking market with new Shari’a-compliant products and solutions, as well as establishing standards that ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. In addition, the Bank is keen to strengthen its relationship with its customers in order to achieve its goal of ‘Partnership’ with them.
