The Islamic Qitaf prize scheme not only supports and encourages a saving culture in the Sultanate but also helps people to invest their capital in profitable assets, in accordance with Islamic Mudaraba principles.”
Being one of the most preferred Islamic windows in Oman, Ahli Islamic continues to offer innovative and attractive programs to reward its customers, encouraging them to adopt the best financial practices and achieve their long-term goals. The Islamic window rewards the customers for their commitment by making quarterly, monthly, weekly and special event draws.
“The Bank is committed to helping customers in achieving their goals by providing valuable offers and services while giving them opportunities to save and grow their funds with maximum comfort. We have an innovative portfolio of products and services that meet customer’s needs. This year the Bank plans to reward an increased number of customers with prizes of more than RO 1,250,000 spread across its various branches through the Qitaf scheme. The customers are automatically eligible to enter the draws the Bank holds throughout the year if they maintain an average minimum balance of RO 50 to 100. However, the minimum eligibility criteria for the quarterly draw is RO 1,000. The Qitaf cash prize is decided through a draw system, subject to a criterion set by the bank.
In addition to the grand quarterly prize draw in which the Bank rewards four lucky winners with a total prize of RO 400,000 (RO 100,000 each), Ahli Islamic also conducts monthly draws within eight months of the year and offers cash prizes totalling RO 160,000, distributed equally among eight winners (RO 20,000 each).
