Oman To Receive 200,000 doses of Weekly Covid Vaccinations From June
Muscat: Dr. Ahmed Mohammed al-Sa’eedi, Minister of Health, has said that the Sultanate is expected to receive about 200,000 doses of Covid-19 vaccination every week with effect from June 2021.
The shipments will continue to arrive on a regular basis to meet the target of vaccinating 30%-35% of citizens and residents by August 2021, the minister added. Dr. Ahmed urged parents of Class 12 students to encourage their children to get Covid-19 vaccination as advised since the virus attacks all age groups, not only the old-aged.
