WHO Representative To Oman Is The First Expat To Receive The COVID-19 Vaccine

The World Health Organisation Representative to Oman, His Excellency Dr. Jean Jabbour, is the first expat to receive the Pfizer-BioNTech Coronavirus vaccine in Oman.
As confirmed by the World Health Organisation in a tweet, H.E. Dr. Jean Jabbour, 54, who assumed his position in Oman in October 2020, was the second candidate for the COVID-19 jab and the first expatriate to be administered the vaccine.
The World Health Organisation tweet reads: “Oman launched its national COVID19 vaccination campaign, with H.E, MOH, Dr. Ahmed Al Saidi, receiving the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine and H.E Dr Jean Jabbour, WR Oman, receiving the second vaccine as a first dose to ensure importance, safety & efficacy of the vaccine worldwide.”
