Madayn maintains ISO 9001:2015 certification

The Public Establishment for Industrial Estates – Madayn has succeeded in maintaining its ISO 9001:2015 certification in quality management system.
Madayn underwent an external audit to maintain the certification, which was conducted by the international TUV SUD Company. Hasan Al Marhoon, Director General of Planning and Business Development at Madayn, stated that this success reflects distinguished performance and implementation of quality management systems at the level of departments and directorates at Madayn. This also comes along the lines of putting emphasis on providing the best service to investors and clients. To achieve this, Madayn’s Directorate General of Planning and Business Development, represented by the Department of Development and Quality, has adopted the required mechanisms in this aspect through raising awareness among the employees on quality management systems.
Al Marhoon pointed out that Madayn has been making constant efforts to adopt the requirements of maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification in quality management system for the second consecutive year. These efforts play a key role in advancing the quality of the services offered to the investors and clients. “Maintaining the certification confirms that Madayn is adopting international standards in facilitating and documenting procedures, performing outstanding services and prompt actions, achieving client satisfaction, in addition to other indicators,” he said.
ISO 9001:2015 is a major international certificate that reviews management systems based on the conformity of documents with the actual management process.
