Zoho to power Leminar Air Conditioning Company’s digital transformation
Global cloud software provider Zoho and Leminar Air Conditioning Company, region’s largest HVAC distribution company, entered a partnership to help power the company’s digital transformation.
Leminar, which was using Zoho CRM for two years, recently migrated to Zoho One, where apart from CRM, it has also started using custom application builder, Zoho Creator and BI software, Zoho Analytics, the release stated.
Kartik J. Raval, General Manager – Leminar Air Conditioning Company – said, “As part of our digital transformation, we have migrated to Zoho One to incorporate all processes related to the sales cycle.”
He added, “Zoho One meets our requirements and offers a robust platform for our sales staff. Zoho CRM combined with Creator and Analytics serves as an important tool for our sales and marketing strategy.”
According to Raval, moving their sales processes to Zoho’s platform has helped them improve their enquiry to quotation process, and standardise their estimation process of all the brands we represent globally. “It also enables our sales team to access customer details on their mobile,” he added.
