Takatuf and HEC Paris welcome Cohort 2 of the Emerging Leaders Programme
After a successful first cohort, Takatuf, the Human Capital solutions provider, and HEC Paris, one of the world’s top providers of Executive Education programmes, will partner again to offer the ‘Emerging Leaders Programme’, an Executive Education programme that takes into consideration Oman’s leadership context, leverages Takatuf’s Human Capital expertise and HEC Paris’ internationally recognised reputation in management programmes to offer a powerful learning opportunity to emerging leaders from the Sultanate’s diverse sectors.
Starting today (21 May) and over 3 modules, the ‘Emerging Leaders Programme’ will utilise a hands-on approach to real-world Executive Education. Through experiential exercises like case studies and role play, through team work and through HEC Paris’ ‘Action Learning Project’, emerging leaders will engage in an innovative experiential learning process that combines both theory and practice.
“After the success of our first cohort and the enthusiastic feedback we received from the participants and their organisations, Takatuf is delighted to be able to offer this programme in Oman again,” said Hilal Al Jadidi, Director of Consulting Services at Takatuf. “The Emerging Leaders Programme is a first-of-its-kind opportunity for participants to engage directly with a curriculum uniquely designed to develop the leadership competencies most sought by Oman’s largest organisations. We know it’s unique because it is the product of comprehensive research and development between HEC Paris and Takatuf.”
