Emaar launches ‘Ease by Emaar’ to attract global travellers
Global property developer Emaar has launched Ease by Emaar, a short-term rental concept that aims to offer global travellers elegant stay options carefully curated by Emaar, according to a statement on the company website.
‘South Beach’, the residential beachfront development in Emaar Beachfront, will be the property developer’s first waterfront property to be listed on Ease by Emaar. The development consists of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments that have been furnished in luxury and comfort.
With a recent Knight Frank study that says that holiday homes market has grown by 161%, Ease by Emaar seeks to capitalise on the niche and offer a new way of travel living that allows visitors to experience a premium lifestyle located in some of the most sought-after destinations in the city.
Amenities provided will include housekeeping, digital mobile concierge, unlimited Wi-Fi, a welcome pack, and on-demand Google Smart Home devices such as Chromecasts for streaming entertainment channels and others.
According to the press release, guests can also get an ‘Ease Pass,’ which provides unbelievable offers and deals to the city’s major attractions. This includes U by Emaar special upgrades, discounts on Emaar hospitality restaurants, and deals to Emaar entertainment attractions such as At The Top, Burj Khalifa, Reel Cinemas and others.
