GAC Awarded for After-Sales Excellence by Mitsubishi Motors MEA
Muscat: General Automotive Company (GAC), the official distributors for Mitsubishi Vehicles in Oman, was recently awarded the ‘5 Star Gold Award’ in the After-Sales Business Excellence Program for the year 2020 by Mitsubishi Motors Middle East and Africa. GAC received this award for its outstanding after-sales service and customer care. GAC was presented with this award at the recently held MMMEA Regional After Sales Conference.
On receiving the award, Ashraf Mustafa Osman, National Service Manager of GAC, said, “We are truly honoured to have been selected for this prestigious award by Mitsubishi Motors MEA. This prestigious award is a testament to our commitment towards achieving after-sales excellence in Oman. Moreover, this award reflects the consistent hard work and dedication put in by our staff here at GAC. Even more so this year, when you consider that we managed to climb from a rank of 3-Star Silver in 2019 to a 5-Star Gold, despite the current market conditions.”
The Mitsubishi brand enjoys one of the largest and most loyal customer bases in the sultanate, and for good reason. As its official distributor, GAC is committed to excellence and continues to invest heavily in its employees. As a result, GAC boasts a highly motivated and qualified workforce, dedicated to maximising customer satisfaction, right from the moment they walk into the showroom for the first time all the way through every stage of the ownership experience.
“At GAC we don’t consider every car sold as just a number. We consider it as a new member being inducted into the Mitsubishi family here in Oman. We take it as our responsibility to ensure they have a trouble and stress-free ownership experience for as long as they own their vehicle. This is why, earning this award is such a great source of pride for us, as well as an incentive to do even better next year,” added Ashraf.
