OIFC Supports Omani Association for elderly friends
Oman Investment & Finance Company SAOG (OIFC) supported the Omani Association for Elderly friends (South Batinah); who are dedicated to serve the elder segment of the local society across many Wilyats in south Batinah.
Oman Investment & Finance Company SAOG (OIFC) supported the Omani Association for Elderly friends (South Batinah); who are dedicated to serve the elder segment of the local society across many Wilyats in south Batinah. The support consisted of providing number of medical apparatus and essential requirements for elders, such as medical mattresses and breathing support equipments. These items have addressed the needs of citizens from many different Wilyats in the Governorate of Batinah South. OIFC strongly believes in the importance of its role towards its social responsibility (CSR).
Mr. Said Safrar (CEO of OIFC) said; “For OIFC, Serving and supporting senior citizens is as good as caring for our own parents. We consider the elderly as parents of our nation, who have offered their best to build our nation over the decades of their lives. And our support to the Omani Association for Elderly Friends is as saying “thank you” to the parents. ”.
The Team Leader of the association at Baitinah Governorate (South), Mr. Yousef Al Lamki, elaborated on the role of the Omani Association for Elderly Friends, which involves fund raising activities for providing the essential requirements for targeted segment (Senior Citizens), and to arrange and facilitate them periodically in their periodical personal matters. This is in addition to enhance public awareness of their needs”.
Added Mr. Yousef Al Lamki; “I am grateful for the role of OIFC and its continuous support along with other companies and individuals”.
OIFC was represented by Mohammed Al Ghaithi (Regional Manager – Batinah north, South and Musandam) at this CSR imitative.
