Maisarah celebrates the inauguration of greater Muttrah branch
Under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Dr. Yahya Sulaiman Al Nadabi, Wali of Amerat, Maisarah Islamic Banking Services expanded this presence with the official inauguration of its new Greater Muttrah Branch.

Sheikh Dr. Yahya Sulaiman Al Nadabi, Wali of Amerat, Maisarah Islamic Banking Services expanded this presence with the official inauguration of its new Greater Muttrah Branch. The launch of the new branch comes within the Islamic window’s strategy to expand its branch network across the Sultanate and to provide world-class Islamic banking products and services to customers nationwide.
The event was attended by Abdul Hakeem Omar Al Ojaili, Acting CEO of BankDhofar, Faisal Hamad Al Wahaibi, Chief Retail Banking Officer, Ismail Jama Bait Isihaq, Financial Controller of Maisarah Islamic Banking Services, as well as members of BankDhofar and Maisarah’s executive management, staff, guests and senior government officials.
Jamsheed Hamza, Head of Retail commented on the Islamic banking service provider’s commitment to extend its branch network in order to cater to more customers in different parts of Oman. “We aspire to fulfil the market demand for Islamic products and services for both retail and business banking customers. Since the establishment of Maisarah in 2013 there has been an increasing demand on Shariah-compliant banking products and financial solutions. The wide range of options available to our customers is tailor-made to suit their requirements, fulfil their needs and meet their aspirations.”
Zahra Said Al Amry, Branch Manager of Greater Muttrah added “branch is strategically located to serve the entire South Muscat region and is easily reachable for customers anywhere from Ruwi, Darsait, Wattaya, Wadi Kabir, Muttrah & MBD area. The branch also has ample parking space and very cordial & trained staff member to meet every customer’s islamic banking needs.
