Wrapping up the successful Muscat Festival, Majid Al Futtaim’s two leading lifestyle destinations in the Sultanate, City Centre Muscat and City Centre Qurum, announced the two lucky winners, Saddam Al Rahbi and Shabeer Al Lawati, who drove away with brand new BMW 318i 2016 models.
Both winners were over the moon to win and keen to share their surprise and delight. “I’m very excited about it as I was not expecting to win at all,” said Saddam Al Rahbi, a 22-year-old Omani national working at Royal Airforce, City Centre Muscat grand winner. “I’ve been in several raffles and I’ve never won anything before, “Alhamdulillah” I finally win. I don’t have a car so this makes me really happy. Now, I’ll be driving a brand new BMW”.
“City Centre Muscat is my favourite mall – for me it’s the best place to shop. I can find anything I need and very helpful customer service. I will continue to participate in raffle draws and hopefully win again,” he added. Mr. Al Rahbi plans to make the most of his prize by driving to and from work each day.
Shabeer Al Alwati, a 39-year old Omani national and a father of three, was City Centre Qurum’s grand prize winner. “I couldn’t believe it. I was quite suspicious. I thought it might be a prank, so I did call City Centre Qurum the next day to confirm the news. I’m still shocked and surprised but I’m very happy as this is the first time I have won something in my life,” said Mr. Al Lawati.
