Oman Oil Pushes Past US$85 Mark To Hit US$86.7 Per Barrel
Following the global trend of rising oil prices and an increased demand following a late dip in December 2021, Oman’s oil price has jumped beyond the US$85 per barrel mark, registering an increment of US$1.6 today [January 18, 2022].
This puts Oman’s oil price at the Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME) at US$86.7 per barrel.
The increment further stabilises the average price of Oman oil for January Delivery 2022 at US$80.26, which is marginally lower by US$1.32 US per barrel than December Delivery 2021.
