The Wave Muscat is now Al Mouj Muscat
[rev_slider alias=”Al Mouj Muscat”]
The Wave, Muscat, Oman’s leading integrated tourism complex, has unveiled its new brand identity, embracing its Arabic translation to become ‘Al Mouj Muscat’. The new logo is derived from the calligraphy of the former logo and elements from the JV Partners – the typeface and colours from the Ministry of Tourism logo, and the new Majid Al Futtaim branding.
Al Mouj Muscat offers a variety of luxury residential properties and a unique combination of lifestyle and recreation amenities to meet the needs of investors, residents, visitors and tourists. With plans in place to expand the thriving waterfront community with a new school, more hotels and a harbour-side piazza, the development is in the last stages of finalizing its much-anticipated new masterplan.
Al Mouj Muscat was the first real estate development in Oman to open its doors to foreign investors when it broke ground in 2006 with a vision to transform urban living in the Sultanate. Today, the waterfront community is home to over 4,000 residents and this number is expected to grow by more than 50 per cent in the next few years. The master planned development with its integrated lifestyle experience has appealed to people from 69 nationalities with Omani citizens representing the largest single nationality.
