‘Lamha’ Launched In Oman To Focus On Selling Local & International Products & Services
In the aftermath of the pandemic, a homegrown brand – Lamha – has been conceptualised to help businesses of all sizes grow.
Lamha, which literally translates to ‘a moment of vision’, is the brainchild of its young and dynamic Omani founder, Fatma Salim Al Kharousi.
Lamha is an easy-to-use, interactive, and secure web platform that enables visitors to discover and shop for local and international products and services throughout the Sultanate.
Fatma, in a statement to the press, said: “In order to deliver sustained In-Country Value (ICV) for the Sultanate, Lamha seeks opportunities to create value chains for, and with merchant partners. We are also keen to assist in developing and promoting newly established Omani companies, especially SMEs, through our platform.”
Lamha realises how valuable SMEs are for the development and growth of the country.
An SME by itself, the website has a designated section dedicated to small- and medium-scale enterprises called ‘SME Souq’ to help startups embrace digital transformation effortlessly through a perceptive hands-on approach and fine-tuned expertise that gears them for unprecedented transformation to enable their growth digitally.
The company looks forward to helping businesses take their growth venture to the next level in an economically viable manner; by helping them transform and thrive digitally through a suite of collaborative, user-friendly, web-based tools and resources.
Lamha is also looking toward rewarding customers for every purchase they make. Quality products with timely delivery, offering local Omani products, a seamless and secure buying process and more interactive features are some of its unique offerings.
Doing its bit to support SMEs and enable them to come on the virtual platform with ease, without any additional financial burden, Lamha is currently offering complimentary registrations for SMEs for its SME Souq Plan.
