First Chairman Of Royal Academy For Administration Appointed By His Majesty The Sultan
His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued a Royal Decree No. 3/2022 on the appointment of a Chairman of the Royal Academy for Administration (RAA).
Article (1) of the Royal Decree appoints Dr. Ali Qasim Jawad Al Lawati as a Chairman of the Royal Academy for Administration (RAA) with his existing financial grade.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.
OERLive learns that His Excellency Dr. Ali Qassim Jawad Al-Lawati is the current advisor for Studies and Research to the Diwan of Royal Court Chairman, The National Youth Program for Skills Development.

Through the youth programme, he retells his vision to create a community of young Omanis ready to embrace and exploit the opportunities of the 4th Industrial Revolution.
